“ A gem of a dish and chips shop. The basic seafood stuff is here. The quality is fairly consistent. The service is speedy and great. This shop can get full as it is quite popular. Especially weekends. Parking can be a bit of an issue in lady Grey Street. ”

I went for the large stock parcel and wasn’t disappointed—fresh, tasty, and filling. The salt and vinegar chips were a nice surprise too, something different from the usual and done just right. It’s a casual takeaway setup, clean and convenient, with easy parking opposite Shoprite. Service was friendly and quick. I also found out snoek kuite is available when they have it. All in all, it’s the kind of spot you keep going back to when you want proper fish and chips done well. ”
